Purchasing Debt Portfolios Since 2005

Professional Portfolio Service was founded in 2005 by Joe Hawes and Scott Penrod to serve as the debt-purchasing arm of the Hawes Financial Group family of businesses. Hawes Financial Group also includes Professional Credit Service (founded in 1933), HealthFirst Financial (founded in 1989), McKenzie Leasing and Finance (founded in 1989) and International Marketplace (founded in 2009).

Professional Portfolio Service is located in the International Marketplace building in Springfield, Oregon.
